Server Infratructure from SATA to SSD

We have been working long and hard on getting all servers moved over to SSD. This should manage load very well and speed up performance enormously.
We've hence decided not to stop there and also just add more memory and have better CPUs into the newer servers.
Most of our older servers used E5-1620 and we are moving to E5-2620 which has 12 cores compared to 8.
This should improve performance drastically.
